Krista Masella

Krista, a Southern California native, graduated from California State University Fullerton with a degree in Communications / Public Relations. She relocated to Los Angeles just before graduation, where her early career in VIP management for large-scale music events instilled a deep understanding of concierge-level service and collaboration. In 2013, she entered the real estate industry as a Loan Processor, swiftly transitioning to a role as Operations Director for a dual-agent team handling both residential and multifamily commercial sales. This position gave her a broad understanding of the real estate industry, managing transactions from first client meetings through post-closing, while creating efficient systems along the way. Krista earned her real estate license in 2015 and has remained licensed since.

In 2019, Krista joined Smith & Berg Property Group as the Office Manager and Listings Coordinator bringing expertise and a systems-oriented mindset. At SBP, her position evolved into the Marketing Manager as her creative approach backed by years of industry experience was a valuable asset in managing the marketing of individual listings and the broader Smith & Berg Property Group brand. 

When not immersed in real estate, Krista enjoys hiking in the California sunshine, exploring LA's diverse array of culinary offerings, and spending time with her dog, Mickey.
