Mark Kitching brings more than two decades of experience across luxury residential real estate, development and strategic advisory. Based in Los Angeles, Mark has built his career representing buyers, sellers and developers throughout some of Southern California’s most sought-after communities, while also advising on development opportunities in New York and beyond. His approach is highly relationship-driven, with an emphasis on long-term counsel that often extends well beyond any individual transaction.
Today, Mark’s practice reflects the increasingly global nature of his clients’ real estate interests. In addition to his Los Angeles business with Smith & Berg Property Group, he serves as the Southern California Sales Partner for Costa Palmas Private Residences, the 1,500-acre resort and residential community on Baja’s East Cape, home to Four Seasons, Amanvari and Casa Blake. The role allows Mark to connect his Southern California network directly with one of North America’s most significant new luxury residential developments.
