Having represented transactions across Los Angeles’ most sought-after neighborhoods—including Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Venice, Pacific Palisades, and Encino, Parisa has developed a deep understanding of the city’s diverse luxury real estate market. Her approach is rooted in understanding her clients’ individual goals and thoughtfully guiding them through every stage of the real estate process.

Raised in a family of commercial and residential real estate investors, Parisa developed an early appreciation for property and the value of real estate as both a lifestyle and an investment.

Before transitioning into real estate, Parisa built a successful career in entertainment and advertising. A graduate of the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts, she worked in film production and at leading entertainment marketing agency Lindeman & Associates, collaborating with major clients including Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Sony, and Universal Studios. Her experience in storytelling, creative strategy, and managing complex projects continues to inform her thoughtful and personalized approach to real estate.

Beyond her professional career, Parisa is deeply committed to philanthropy and empowering women. She serves as President of GenV, the next generation of Visionary Women, an organization dedicated to advancing opportunities and supporting initiatives that positively impact women and girls.
