20 Local Black Owned Businesses to Support Right Now

Tacos & Tequila

06/10/20

There are countless ways in which all of us can take action and support the Black Lives Matter movement. Along with donating to crucial anti-racism organizations, we have the opportunity to “think local” by shopping Black-owned businesses right here in Los Angeles. From restaurants to cafes, designers and boutiques, we’ve compiled a list of some terrific local shops — and more importantly, our peers, friends and neighbors — that deserve our support now and always.

This timeless LA hotspot now has various locations, from Hollywood to Inglewood to Long Beach, and has grown world-renowned for their chicken and waffles — obviously. You truly can’t go wrong with anything on their current takeout menu.
