Our Recipe for Delicious Fun
We all know hosting an open house is key to selling a home. Prospective buyers are able to envision their lives within the walls including countless meals with friends and family. So, when Smith & Berg started having opens on Tuesdays, they couldn’t possibly move forward without capitalizing on the most important day of the week in any home: Taco Tuesday. As such, we’ve outlined the perfect recipe to combine home-selling with some good ole’ Mexican cuisine. Don’t knock it ‘till you try it.
Ingredients:
1 Taco Truck:
Getting the right person to serve tacos is like finding the right broker to sell a house: entirely necessary and determinative of one’s success. Christian at Tec Catering is the guy for the job. And if you don’t use Chris, be sure to choose a chef who loves to laugh; you can’t eat a taco without having fun. You also can’t eat a taco without killer chicken, pork, or beef, so be sure your guy/gal is the real deal.
2 Bowls of Chips & Guacamole:
Searching for your new favorite go-to Mexican joint is just as significant as searching for a new home: both have to be perfect. With that said, make sure you have chips and guac at your open house. This alone can seal the deal. Maybe.
1 Heaping Outdoor Deck:
Chatting with new friends and old, eating delicious tacos, and sitting among an incredible outdoor setting all constitute a recipe for success. The combination of hosting an event amid California sunshine is, perhaps, just as important as the aforementioned edible components of this event.
A Dash of Panoramic Views:
It’s a truth universally acknowledged that a stunning view can sell a home. And, it’s a pretty great backdrop while indulging in fresh Mexican food.
