Teamwork makes the dream work.

When it comes to collaboration, we’re not gonna lie—the SBP team knows best. Because when it comes to getting the job done on a day-to-day basis? We work together, which has ultimately gotten us to where we are today—the top leading luxury real estate team on LA’s westside. But, in typical tangent fashion, all of this partnership talk got us thinking about the many epic brand collaborations out there. So, we sat down to compile a list of the coolest collabs we’ve seen thus far in 2019. Teamwork comes in all shapes and sizes, folks.

West Elm x Rent the Runway

Sometimes you just want a quality piece of furniture without committing to ownership, right? That’s where West Elm’s collaboration with Rent the Runway comes in. After all, 64 percent of households rent instead of own in Los Angeles, making the ability to temporarily keep furniture a massive plus. Together, the home decor brand and subscription fashion service are reinventing what it means to evolve, explore and express yourself in all aspects of your lifestyle. All you have to do? Rent, arrange, live—re-arrange—return and repeat.

Casper x Plus

We’re all for brand innovation on the SBP team. So when Casper (yes, you read that right—the mattress company) partnered with Plus (a reputed edibles company) to produce a CBD gummy to help you sleep, we obviously had to try it out. And spoiler alert—it works. In a recent interview with The New York Times, Casper said its goal is to become the “Nike of sleep” and we’ve honestly never respected something more. So from here on out, let’s just say the SBP team is the “Yeezy of real estate.” Okay?

IKEA x Off-White

Revamping and elevating a brand isn’t easy, but teaming up with a super high-end company can certainly help. So hats off to you, IKEA. The ready-to-assemble furniture business partnered with renowned celebrity designer Virgil Abloh of Off-White (a luxury men’s streetwear label) to produce a collection of furniture and accessories that display Virgil’s trademark stripes and text. The collab is already reselling for 3x the retail price, and the craziest part? It’s not even out yet. Keep your ears open and eyes peeled for the November drop.

Farrow & Ball x Natural History Museum

Let’s get real—Farrow & Ball is among the most luxurious paints you can buy nowadays. So when they decide to get a collab going with none other than the Natural History Museum? You know our ears are perking up. The iconic paint brand just recently introduced a palette of 16 colors that are inspired by entries in Werner’s Nomenclature of Colours, a guide to the hues of the natural world that have been used by scientists and artists for more than two centuries. Talk about an ingenious return to nature, huh? We’ve got our eyes on Sap Green and Broccoli Brown.
