It should come as no surprise that the Smith & Berg Partners team hosted an epic Summer Casino on behalf of the Compass Community Giving Fund last Saturday evening at 31360 Broad Beach Road. Our Malibu listing served as the perfect locale to throw a killer soirée with 80 feet of rare beach frontage and three unique architectural structures encompassing a multi-level terrace. There, we dished out tacos from our main guys at Tec Catering, gambled and won (well, F. Ron did) and, most importantly, raised thousands of dollars for CGF’s 12 laudable beneficiaries.
And while the Summer Casino was a huge success, SBP doesn’t stop there. Our team contributes to five incredibly important charities all year long, each of which is near and dear to our hearts. From Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to PHASE ONE Foundation, The Jewish Federation, Concern Foundation and Children’s Burn Foundation, we’re always seeking to do our part and, in doing so, host several events throughout the year to support each cause.
But, we must admit—we can’t do it alone. Summer presents a wonderful opportunity to plan your charitable contributions for the year, so let’s work together now to make an impact. Smith & Berg Partners Behind the Bar for Children’s Burn Foundation
Each year, SBP hops behind the bar at Porta Via in Beverly Hills to raise money for Children’s Burn Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing support services for child burn survivors and their families, with the goal of preventing pain and trauma of burn injuries. Each event, without fail, features delish cocktails, rich conversation, raffle prizes and, yes, celeb guests for the stellar cause. Cystic Fibrosis Winemasters Event
Our team has sponsored the Cystic Fibrosis Winemasters event for three years in a row now, branding epic SBP + CF wine glasses for guests to sip from. The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives, and if drinking vino is any help? Well, count us in.
2019 One for All Gala
Smith & Berg Partners celebrated 20 years of PHASE ONE at the annual One for All Gala, raising proceeds to support groundbreaking Phase I and Phase II clinical cancer research, innovative education and treatment programs, and funding forward-thinking leaders in the scientific and medical community.
