Where to Watch (and Celebrate) the LA Marathon
The LA Marathon is one of the best ways to experience the city in full motion, with runners trekking from Dodger Stadium to Century City, passing through some of LA’s most iconic neighborhoods. We've even compiled some FUN FACTS to get you in the mood. And if you’re not lacing up, just know the energy is contagious — here’s where to soak it all in:
Dodger Stadium
The Marathon's starting line at the home of the 2024 World Series Champs is equal parts iconic and electric, setting the tone for 26.2 miles of pure LA magic.
Chinatown
Just a mile in, runners cruise past Yang Chow, a Smith & Berg favorite. If you haven’t tried their legendary Slippery Shrimp, put it on your post-race food list.
The Troubadour
The halfway mark isn’t just for runners — stop by this iconic music venue where Elton John played his first U.S. show in 1970 before full-circling to his farewell concert at Dodger Stadium in 2022.

Sunset Boulevard in WeHo
The party kicks off early here. Grab a coffee at Alfred or a bagel from Yeastie Boys, then cheer on the runners as they power through Mile 13.

Rodeo Drive
This is where LA’s luxury meets endurance. Post up at the Beverly Wilshire for brunch, or grab a sidewalk seat along Rodeo for front-row views.
Olvera Street
Located on the course, this historic district is the birthplace of Los Angeles and home to some of the best taquitos in town.
San Vicente Boulevard in Brentwood
The turnaround at Bundy means runners will double back here, making it a prime spot for high-energy spectating. With wide streets and plenty of shade, it’s an ideal place to cheer on those final miles. Fuel up at Caffe Luxxe for a cappuccino, Coral Tree Café for brunch, or Jon & Vinny’s for a post-race carb fix lunch.
The Finish Line in Century City
The grand finale-let the celebrations begin! Runners cross the finish line in Century City, where you can toast them with a cocktail at Eataly’s rooftop or a beer at the Michelob Ultra Beer Garden, wrapping up an epic day.

République | Mid-Wilshire
If you’re celebrating with something heartier, République’s legendary French omelet or their buttery croissants will do the trick.
