Limelight Residences Mammoth is the first new branded whole-ownership offering to come to Mammoth in 15 years. This is the newest project from Aspen Hospitality. Completed in 2025, Limelight Residences Mammoth is a collection of 15 private residences located in the highly anticipated Limelight Hotel Mammoth. Each residence showcases contemporary design and luxury finishes complemented by dramatic views of the Sierra Mountains. Owners will enjoy full access to premium hotel amenities and services, as well as access to Mammoth Lakes Mountain Club at Limelight Mammoth (upon a successful application), the area’s newest private ski and social club. Situated steps from the village gondola at the intersection of Canyon Boulevard and Lake Mary Road, Limelight Residences Mammoth offers owners convenient access to Mammoth Mountain and the shops and restaurants in The Village at Mammoth.
