The Real Deal recently ranked the highest-performing luxury brokers between March 1, 2018 and February 28, 2019, analyzing single-family home sales of $4 million and higher to identify the 20 top-producing agents in Los Angeles. And, who do you think came in 12th place? Smith & Berg Partners was recognized by The Real Deal for a significant $131.1 million in sales volume, granting the team an epic stamp of approval.
This ‘Friends’ Producer Just Listed His Malibu Beach Compound for $14 Million
Acclaimed luxury lifestyle publication Robb Reportcaught wind of our Broad Beach listing and could hardly hold back their excitement for the 4,190-square-foot Malibu retreat from owner and producer Kevin Bright. Back in February, Forbes featured SBP’s beachfront listing at 21640 Pacific Coast Highway in an article highlighting actor Stephen Dorff’s Mid-Century Modern digs. Designed by the ever-iconic Buff & Hensman duo in 1968, The Brown House is an architectural tour-de-force that writer Keith Flamer explains “has a Mad Men-ish vibe, a retro ‘1960s modern’ aesthetic—a bygone era that’s become hip again, glamorized by groovy furniture, a fireplace, wood cabinets, wood ceilings, shag carpets, and textured square tile floors.”

Earlier this year, Smith & Berg Partners scored the highest price sale in Brentwood in theLos Angeles Times.
