Favorite SBP Memory From 2024: My favorite moment with the team this year was shooting our Oscars predictions video for Tacos & Tequila. We spent the day cruising Hollywood Blvd, shooting the video at our Hollywood Hills listing, and hearing fascinating insider stories from the legend himself, Robert Morton. I had a blast putting the shoot together and think it turned out fantastic! You can check it out HERE. :)
Looking Ahead: My New Year's resolution for 2025 is to travel internationally at least twice (already have my Australia trip booked!) and to get in the yoga studio three days a week without fail to focus on both my mental and physical wellbeing.

Favorite SBP Memory From 2024: I had the unique opportunity to visit Compass Headquarters in New York and meet with Operators from the other top teams in the country. CEO Robert Reffkin, among others, joined us for a day of collaboration. I was a sponge, taking in all the ideas and information. And it was validating to share our success stories and systems as well.
Looking Ahead: I plan to focus on personal growth in 2025 in both my professional and personal life. As my kids get a little older and I enter my 7th year with my Smith & Berg family, I feel prepared to look inward and set big, yet attainable, goals for myself.

Favorite SBP Memory From 2024: The Beverly Hills Cheese Store. It was such a fun evening trying so many delicious cheeses and meats as well as drinks. There were tons of laughs and great conversation all around.
Looking Ahead: This year is all about personal growth — prioritizing my self care, setting healthy boundaries, pushing past my fears. And, as always, continuing to be a good and kind person, never letting the world change me…no matter how crazy and harsh it can be.
